1. Getting Started
We offer a complimentary consultation in the comfort of your own home or at our deck showroom in Lancaster, PA. The main goal with this meeting is to get to know you and get a feel for your outdoor living dreams. We will discuss design, products, budget, and ideas. This is a very vital part in creating a great foundation for your project.
2. Design Phase
Back in our office, our design team will begin creating your project based on the conversations from the initial consultation. We will create drawings, 3D renderings, and a vivid walk-through.
3. Design Presentation
Now the real fun begins! Creating phenomenal designs is one of our specialties, and in our follow up presentation your excitement will increase as you view the possibilities presented in the renderings and videos. You will realize that your dream of an outdoor living space could be a few, short months away.
4. Contract
Once you are comfortable with the design and ready to move forward, we will finalize each of the features that will make your project unique to you. We will write up an official contract listing each of the details that are to be included in the project. When the contract is signed and your deposit is received, your project will be placed on our schedule, and we will begin the next stages of making your project a reality.
5. Final Drafting and Permitting
Once the final drafting of the project is completed by our staff, the project will move to the permitting process. Our team will send the drawings and permit application to your township and work with the township to achieve the approval for your project. Once the permit is approved, our scheduler will reach out to you to coordinate the start of your project. As each of these steps is achieved, you will be notified of the progress.
6. Installation
This is when it all comes together. All you need to do is sit back and watch your outdoor living dreams become a reality! Our crew foreman that is assigned to your project will be on site every day to keep things running smoothly and will be a main point of contact throughout the project.
