When we were first contacted by these homeowners, their home boasted a less than adequate deck, big enough for a few chairs.  As we learned further what they desired and needed, we began to put together this concept.  Meeting their needs of more usable space to dine & relax, we proposed a large deck area covered with a permanent roof structure.  This allowed for a fully enclosed storage area below.  We were able to sneak in a grilling nook to host their Green Egg cooking station with space for a few chairs overlooking their existing patio.  Both us & the homeowners were thrilled as construction wrapped up on yet another, great space.
