Custom TimberTech Deck/Open Porch, West Chester PA

TimberTech Sandy birch Porches

This Outstanding Porch/Deck project was completed in West Chester PA. The deck was constructed with TimberTech Sandy Birch Decking with a Mocha Border and Tan Vinyl Railing with Black Aluminum Balusters. The deck was designed with a curved front. All the Structural Beams were wrapped in tan vinyl post sleeves so no wood is exposed. A lighting package was installed including Step lights and Post lights all wired to a switch with multiple settings. This project also features a custom built porch. The Porch was built with an A-Frame style roof. The interior was finished with with Tan Vinyl Soffit and the Porch beams were wrapped in Tan Vinyl Columns. Stone Columns were also put in on the porch. The homeowner was completely thrilled with the outcome. Our Keystone Team completed this project in September, 2014.
