This Franklin project adds 1,070 sq ft of deck and screen porch to the back of a brick home.

The deck uses TimberTech decking in Dark Cocoa with Matte Black KeyLink American Aluminum railing.

The screen porch sits under an A-frame roof with an open gable. Inside, the white Mastic Pro Bead soffit ceiling contrasts with Ebony Keystone Modern Farmhouse beams, and Sand PVC fascia wraps the frame.

Below the screens, a ProVia Terra Cut stone knee wall in Summit with Lite Buff mortar complements the home’s red brick. Just outside, the stone patio and fire pit area pick up the knee wall’s warm gray tones.
