Composite/Vinyl Decks

This Nashville project adds 586 sq ft of outdoor living across two levels.

Under the gable, a vaulted open porch pairs a Keystone Modern Farmhouse ceiling in Hazelnut with white PVC-wrapped LVL beams and 8×8 white PVC columns with crown trim.

Below, the covered porch is finished in Landmark porcelain tile in Montauk Black, laid over a Schluter Ditra waterproofing membrane. A ProVia Ledgestone fireplace in Susquehanna holds a Kingsman gas fireplace, with PA bluestone caps and a barnwood mantel. Motorized Phantom Screens lower when the bugs come out.

Outside, Deckorators Venture decking in Sandbar with Textured Black railing extends the space. The paver patio and stone seating wall below pick up the deck’s sandy tones.
