Having very little usable space on the rear of their lot, these homeowners decided to put all their cards down on this project – and it paid off big time! The open area of the deck provides room for some serious party hosting, “stay-cations”, or anything else needing an open floor space. Utilizing cable rail to minimize any obstruction of view, we also took to the spa, and sank it right into the deck, creating a much more inviting approach. Across the deck, we have the outdoor kitchen – loaded with grill, double side burner, sink, refrigerator, pull-out trash & storage! Above we installed an aluminum trellis with a tile backsplash on the house wall. Finally, transitioning under the roof, we find a full living space welcoming us with the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace.
