Vaulted Screen Porch with Black Columns – Eagleville, PA

Composite/Vinyl Decks

This project adds a 375 sq ft screened porch to the back of the home.

8×8 black PVC columns frame the porch, and LVL beams with black PVC fascia wrap carry the roof. Overhead, a white Palight PVC tongue and groove ceiling keeps the space bright against the dark frame. A slant-style roof with closed gables ties into the home’s existing roofline.

A heavy-duty screen system and Phantom retractable doors keep bugs out. Recessed lights and wall-mounted heaters make the porch usable on cool evenings.

Below, vertical Trex Island Mist skirting with hidden fasteners wraps the base. Its gray tone matches the paver patio, and the black railing echoes the louvered pergola beyond.

Looking for a porch you’ll use in every season? We can help you get there.
