When you don’t want to choose between cake or ice cream, you get both! And when you find yourself blessed with the ability to afford both the house & the view, you say yes please & don’t look back. We were given the opportunity to create a fitting backyard to this already amazing house – a
complete extension of living space; including a 440 square foot porch with gas burning fireplace, a cooking/dining space able to host the largest gatherings, custom build bar counter & more!
The area under the deck was given attention by creating a large storage room & covered patio space out of the basement, which will also host a hot tub in the future. Access between levels is provided by a 5’ wide set of steps tucked out of the way on the back of the grilling station, while other unique features include a fully automated retractable screen system, pizza oven, reclaimed barn wood beams & more!
