Composite/Vinyl Decks

This Franklin project adds 754 sq ft of deck and covered porch to the back of the home, with room for dining and lounging.

The deck uses TimberTech decking in Sea Salt Grey, a soft tone that works well with the home’s beige siding. Textured Black aluminum railing runs the perimeter. Black slatted privacy panels in the same finish screen off a quiet lounge corner from the neighbors.

Over the dining area, an A-frame roof with an open gable lets in light and air. The vaulted ceiling is finished in Mastic Ventura vinyl soffit in Victorian Grey, and the recessed lights and dark ceiling fan stand out against it. 8×8 white PVC columns frame the view of the trees beyond.
