The “wow factor” is a simple rating based on any objects ability to “wow” you. In the case of this custom designed deck & porch, I would give it a ten out of ten rating! The team conquered both height & depth on this one making sure it’s structure was sound, it took a lot of digging to complete all the footings! The result is an expansive porch area, set high off the ground. Featuring a one of a kind custom fire feature, a gorgeous stained pine ceiling, and plenty of subtle trim & detail work. Shifting out from under the roof, we find an extension on the main level to store the home owners grill. Then, stepping down we find a cozy tucked away hot tub feature that is accessible from both levels of the deck. Even though this project is set back in the woods, cleanup all year round is a breeze with Timbertech’s low maintenance decking & Keylink Aluminum railing.
