“This company knows exactly what they are doing and does it well. The estimate process was easy and their use of technology allowed us to see what the finished product will look like. In the end, the project looked exactly like the rendering. The installation team, lead by Daniel, were amazing. They are very skilled craftsman and the focus on the details was amazing. The project took 5 weeks to finish (as expected). There were a few hiccups along the was but Keystone took responsibility and did what it took to the make the corrections. The people who work in the office to support the project were very helpful. This includes Sarah and Trent. We love the finished product and it now one of our favorite rooms of our home. Keystone was extremely professional and responsible and our project manager, Dave, was a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor things that could have improved our experience 1) we wish there was less damage done to our existing yard/grass 2) the team hustled so much to get the project most of the way complete, but then we had to wait another 3-4 weeks for phantom screens while there was no other work to be completed and 3) some of the suppliers Keystone used were unprofessional and caused damage to the street in front of our house. Very close to a 5 star review, but those few things prevented me from the top score. Extremely impressed though with how relentlessly Dave and team worked each and every day.”
