Swimming Pool Installer In the Lehigh Valley, PA
As a homeowner, you want a backyard where you can relax, entertain, and spend quality time with friends and family. The problem is, your current outdoor space may not be living up to its full potential—and it could be the perfect place for a swimming pool. Keystone Custom Pools designs, builds, and installs beautiful custom pools throughout the Lehigh Valley, helping you create a backyard where you can host great parties, make lasting memories, and improve your lifestyle.
Building a swimming pool in the Lehigh Valley is a major investment, and homeowners need more than an attractive design. You need a pool that fits your property, complements your home, meets local requirements, and is built to handle Pennsylvania’s changing seasons. Our swimming pool builders help you move from early ideas to a finished backyard with careful planning, thoughtful design, and professional construction. Whether the goal is a comfortable place for family swimming, a backyard built for entertaining, or a private retreat for warm summer afternoons, the process should feel organized from the beginning. We consider available yard space, grading, access, desired features, and the way you plan to use your pool so the finished project feels like a natural extension of the property.
History of the Lehigh Valley
The Lehigh Valley is centered on the Lehigh River and primarily encompasses Lehigh and Northampton counties. The region’s early growth was closely tied to agriculture, waterways, iron production, and transportation. Northampton County was formally created from Bucks County in 1752, while Lehigh County was later established in 1812. Easton developed at the forks of the Delaware and Lehigh rivers, and Northampton County later became an industrial powerhouse associated with Bethlehem Steel and Portland cement production. During the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, canals, railroads, iron, steel, cement, textiles, and manufacturing helped make the Lehigh Valley an important part of America’s industrial economy. Bethlehem Steel became especially influential, producing steel used in major American infrastructure projects. As traditional heavy industry declined late in the twentieth century, the regional economy became considerably more diversified. Today, the Lehigh Valley remains one of Pennsylvania’s major population and employment centers, with the 2020 Census recording 687,508 residents across Lehigh and Northampton counties.
